Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Woodedlawn LLC, doing business as Exhibition Services, handles information when you order booth network services through this website.

What we collect

  • Order details: company name, booth number, on-site contact name and phone, drop-location notes, and the services you order.
  • Account and billing: your email address, billing name and address, and your order and payment history.
  • Files you upload: floorplans and renderings attached to an order.
  • Technical data: standard server logs and error reports needed to run the service.

We never see or store your card number. Card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor.

How we use it

To take and fulfill your order, process payments and refunds, send order emails (confirmations, receipts, invoices, sign-in links, and cutoff reminders), provide support, and meet bookkeeping and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email.

Who we share it with

  • The event organizer, venue, and the event’s network services provider: the details needed to deliver services to your booth — company, booth number, on-site contact, and the services ordered.
  • Service providers that run the platform: Stripe (payments and invoicing), Resend (email delivery), Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only what its function requires.
  • Authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for business, accounting, and tax purposes. Uploaded files are kept with the order they belong to.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to operate the site: a session cookie when you sign in and a short-lived cookie while you complete checkout. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your choices

You can view your orders anytime by signing in. To request access to or deletion of your personal information (subject to records we must retain), or for any privacy question, contact orders@exhibition-services.live. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA through the same address; we honor such requests without discrimination.

Changes

The current version of this policy is always posted here with its effective date.
